🤝 Creating Direct Translator Relationships via Offers
In addition to using the Extended Job Pool, your agency can build a team of trusted, directly linked freelance translators for specific languages.
AcudocX allows you to create Relationship Offers and invite translators to work with your agency permanently for certain language pairs.
🎯 How to Create a Relationship Offer
To invite a freelance translator to work with your agency:
Go to the left navigation menu and click Relationships.
Click on the Offers tab at the top of the page.
Click the Create Offer button.
You will now be prompted to:
Select a Language:Choose the language pair you are offering work for (e.g., Arabic).
Set Your Margin Splits:For each service type, determine:
Provider Portion (how much the translator receives)
Agency Portion (your margin retained)
The services include:
Customer-completed Template Split
Customer-completed Correction Split
Provider-completed Template Split
Full Translation Split
Postage Split
✅ Once you have entered your desired splits for each service type:
Click Save.
Click Activate to make the offer live.
🔗 What Happens After You Activate an Offer?
A unique Provider Link is created.
You can send this link to any freelance certified translator you would like to invite.
If the translator already has an AcudocX account, they simply click and apply.
If the translator does not yet have an AcudocX account, they will be prompted to sign up first, and then apply to your offer.
✅ This makes it easy for you to recruit new providers quickly without manually setting up their accounts.
📩 Managing Applications to Your Offers
When a translator applies for your offer, your agency will receive a notification.
You can review their application inside the Offers > Responses tab.
If you accept their application, the relationship will become active immediately.
Once active:
The translator will appear in your Relationships List.
They will be able to see and claim your agency's jobs moving forward.
Jobs they claim will use the pricing and margins you specified when creating the offer.
🧠 Quick Reminders
Create separate offers for different languages if needed.
You control the provider split and your margin for every offer.
You must activate the offer for it to be usable.
Translator relationships only become active after you accept their application.
The extended job pool being active will override any direct relationship with translators.
