⚠️ Customer Action Required
Your translator may need your help before they can continue working on your job. This usually happens when there’s a problem with the document or missing information that only you can fix.
If this occurs, you’ll receive an email notification asking you to take action.
Click the “View Job” button in the email to go directly to the affected job.
🚫 Issue Type 1: Bad Source Document
If the uploaded document is blurry, incomplete, or incorrect, your provider may request a replacement.
How to Replace the Document:
Click View Job from your email or access it via your AcudocX Dashboard.
On your Job Details page, scroll down and click Edit.
Click the bin icon or delete button to remove the original document.
Upload a clear, correct version of the file.
Click Save for Later.
Scroll down and press Return to Provider.
Confirm by clicking Confirm.
Your corrected file will now be sent back to the translator for review and continuation.
📝 Issue Type 2: Empty Translation Fields
If required translation fields were left blank, you’ll be asked to provide translations before the provider can proceed.
How to Complete Missing Translations:
Click View Job from your email or open the job from your Dashboard.
Scroll down and click Edit.
Press Next Step: Select Fields.
Press Next Step: Translate.
Enter the English translations for each field. Use the green right arrow to move between fields.(If you need help, see our “Submitting a Job” article.)
When finished, click Next Step: Summary.
Scroll down and click Return to Provider.
Press Confirm.
Your updates will be sent to the provider for final editing and certification.
🧭 What Happens Next?
Once you complete these steps, your translator will receive your updated job and resume work. You’ll receive another email when your job is ready for review or download.
