Full Translation jobs are different from extract translations. In a full translation, you work outside the AcudocX system and upload your completed translation documents securely through the platform.

When accepting a Full Translation job:

You do not edit translations directly inside AcudocX.

AcudocX acts like a secure file transfer platform between you and the customer.

Customers upload their original documents.

Providers download the originals, translate externally, and upload the completed translation files.

πŸ”§ Key Requirements for Full Translations

You must upload your translated documents before you can complete the job.

If required, make sure your completed translation includes:

Your certification stamp (physically stamped onto the document before upload, if applicable).

Any required signature and date β€” AcudocX does not automatically place stamps or signatures on full translation documents.

πŸ“’ Reminder:New uploaded files replace the previous ones. Ensure the correct final version is uploaded.

πŸ“‚ How to Manage a Full Translation Job

Accept the Job:

Click Start Job from your Dashboard.

Notify the Customer of Expected Completion

Send a quick message to the customer to inform them of when they can expect the translation for review.

Download the Customer’s Source Documents:

Access the files uploaded by the customer.

Translate the Documents:

Complete the translation outside AcudocX (e.g., in Word or PDF).

Stamp and sign the translation if required before upload.

Upload Completed Translation:

Upload your final translated file(s) back into the AcudocX system.

If the customer uploaded multiple documents in a single file, upload your completed translation as one combined file as well.

Final Checks:

Ensure your translated file is correct, properly stamped (if needed), and includes any certification requirements.

Verify file naming and formatting before submission.

Complete the Job:

Once your translation is uploaded, you can Complete Job to finalise and send the document to the customer.

βœ‰οΈ Postage Reminder
If the customer has requested a physical copy:

We recommend preparing the postage envelope with the customer's name before you start translating.

After completion, print the translation, manually stamp and sign it if needed, and mail it to the customer's provided address.

Always return to the Job Details page after completing the job to double-check whether postage is required.
