Managing your translator network efficiently is a key part of running your agency on AcudocX.You have two options for sourcing and managing translators:
Direct Agency Relationships: translators linked directly to your agency.
Extended Job Pool Providers: qualified translators from the wider AcudocX platform.
Here’s how it works:
👥 Managing Direct Translator Relationships
Direct relationships are translators who:
Have been invited to work with your agency.
✅ These translators:
Will be able to see and claim your jobs (when Extended Pool is OFF).
Help maintain consistency and quality for agency workflows.
To manage your linked translators:
Go to My Providers (or relationships).
View your current list of directly linked translators.
Enable or disable translators, as needed by clicking the actions drop down menu.
🌍 Working with the Extended Job Pool
If you enable Extended Pool Configuration, your jobs will also become visible to:
All active and qualified translators on the AcudocX platform.
Even if they do not have a direct relationship with your agency.
Extended Pool Advantages:
Faster job claiming.
Greater translator availability for rare or urgent language pairs.
No need for you to manually recruit or manage additional translators.
✅ You control:
Whether the Extended Pool is enabled.
The margin split between your agency and the provider for each service type (configured under Extended Pool Config).
🛡 How Translator Claims and Workflows Are Managed
Translators claim jobs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Translators are responsible for:
Starting the job immediately after claiming it.
Messaging customers on behalf of your agency.
Completing the translation to certification standards.
Handling postage if it was ordered.
Agency branding is preserved throughout all customer communications.
✅ You can always monitor who has claimed each job through your Active Jobs and Finished Jobs dashboards.
🚩 Translator Conduct and Escalations
Translators are required to act ethically and professionally.
If a translator cannot complete a job:
They can Surrender the job.
Agencies can Surrender the job on their behalf if needed.
If major issues arise (e.g., repeated job surrenders, unprofessional conduct):
Notify AcudocX Support at admin@acudocx.com.
We will assist in managing translator performance concerns.
