💬 Messages
The MESSAGES function in AcudocX allows you to communicate directly with your customer through the platform — making it easy to clarify details, request information, or provide updates on their translation job.
📩 How the Messages System Works
You can send and receive messages related to each specific job directly within AcudocX.
When a customer sends you a message, you will be notified in two ways:
Email Notification
Message Icon Alert on your Dashboard
This ensures you never miss important communication about a job in progress.
📍 How to Access Messages
Log in to your AcudocX account.
Go to your Dashboard and select View Job for the relevant job.
Click on the Details tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Messages section.
Type your message into the field provided and click Send.
⚠️ Important
You cannot send messages to a customer until you have accepted the job.
If serious issues arise beyond normal messaging, use the Raise an Issue function to escalate the matter.
