⚙️ Setting Up Before You Start: Languages, Pricing, and Extended Job Pool Configuration
To ensure your agency account is fully ready to accept and manage jobs on AcudocX, you’ll need to set up the following three sections using the left-hand navigation menu:
Languages
Pricing
Extended Pool Configuration
This setup determines the services your agency offers, your prices, and how jobs are assigned.
🌐 Setting Up Languages
In the left navigation menu, click Languages.
You can:
Add specific languages you wish to offer, or
Enable all languages if your agency can service multiple language pairs.
✅ Adding languages ensures that customers can select their language when submitting jobs to your agency.
💵 Setting Up Your Default Pricing
Click Pricing from the navigation menu.
You’ll see two main sections:
Default Pricing:Set your general prices for:
Self-Service Jobs
Standard Service Jobs
Full Translation Jobs
Corrections (additional edits)
Postage
Pricing Overrides:Create custom pricing for specific languages or templates if needed.
To edit or add a price:
Click the "+" icon next to the relevant service.
Enter your pricing.
Click the green Save button to confirm.
✅ Setting up default prices is mandatory before you can start processing customer jobs.
🌍 Configuring Your Extended Job Pool
Click Extended Pool Config from the left navigation menu.
Toggle Allow Jobs to Be Accepted by All Active Language Providers to ON.
This will allow any qualified, certified provider within AcudocX to claim your jobs, even if they don't have a direct pre-existing relationship with your agency.
This dramatically speeds up job assignment and reduces delays.
Set your Margin Split for each service type:
Customer-completed Template Split
Customer-completed Correction Split
Provider-completed Template Split
Full Translation Split
Postage Split
Each split defines how much of the job fee the provider receives and how much your agency retains.
✅ After adjusting your splits, click the green Save button to apply your settings.

Set your default pricing before going live with customer jobs.
Add your supported languages under the Languages menu.
Enable the Extended Pool if you want faster translator pickup without managing direct translator relationships manually.
