🔐 Account Activation and Login
After receiving your Account Activation Email, please follow these steps:
Log in with your email and the password you set during activation.
Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using Google Authenticator or a similar trusted app (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile).
After setup, you will be required to enter your 6-digit code each time you log in.
✅ Two-Factor Authentication protects your agency's documents, translators' certifications, and your customer data.
🖥 Navigating Your Agency Dashboard
Once you have completed account verification and logged in, you will see your Agency Dashboard.
The dashboard provides an overview of your agency’s workflow, divided into the following sections:
Job Metrics:Overall statistics for your agency’s performance (e.g., number of jobs submitted, completed, turnaround times).
Unassigned Jobs:Jobs that have been created but not yet claimed by a translator.
Draft Jobs:Jobs that customers have started but have not yet completed submitting.
Revenue Metrics:Summary of financial performance, including revenue generated by completed jobs.
Active Jobs:Jobs currently being processed by translators.
Active Issues:Jobs where an issue has been formally raised and is under review.
Finished Jobs:Successfully completed and delivered jobs.
⚙️ How Agency Job Assignment Works
One of the key benefits of AcudocX for agencies is that job assignment is fully frictionless:
Once a customer submits a job, it appears in the Job Pool.
The first available qualified translator who claims the job will automatically be assigned to it.
No manual matching or assignment is needed by your agency staff.
✅ This system ensures that jobs are picked up quickly and processed without unnecessary delays.
💬 Customer Communication
AcudocX also simplifies communication between the translator and the customer:
Translators can message customers directly through the platform.
