🔍 Reviewing Your Job in AcudocX

Once your translator has completed your document, you’ll receive an email notification. What happens next depends on whether your provider made any edits during the review process.

📥 1. Customer Review Requested

If your provider has made edits to your translation, they may request that you review the changes before finalising the job.
👉 Steps to Review Your Job:

Open the email notification and click View Job, or log in to your AcudocX Dashboard and open the job listed as Customer Review.

Scroll to the translation section and click Review to check each translation field. (Repeat this step if your job contains multiple documents.)

After reviewing all fields, click Back to Job.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Confirm Review.

💡 If your translator has exceeded the number of free edits included in your service, you may see a prompt to pay additional fees.

If additional fees apply, click Confirm Review & Pay, accept the prompts, and proceed with payment.

Once completed, your job is returned to the translator for final certification.
You’ll receive another email notification when the job has been certified and completed.

🧾 2. Job Completed Without Customer Review

In some cases, the translator may finalise the job without requesting a review. This usually happens when:

Only minor edits were made, or

The translator finds the submitted content to be of high quality.

You’ll receive an email letting you know that the translation is complete.

📄 How to Download Your Completed Job
Whether or not a review was required, your final translated documents will be available once the job is complete:

Click View Job from your email, or access it via your AcudocX Dashboard under Completed Jobs.

Scroll down and click Download to save your certified translation.

That’s it! You now have access to your completed and certified documents.
