Submitting a Translation Job on AcudocX

Whether you need a certified translation for a visa application, legal document, or personal record, placing an order on AcudocX takes just a few minutes.

This guide walks you through each step.

  1. Get started
    Click Get Started. If you already have an account, click I already have an account to log in instead.

  2. Select your source language
    Choose the language your document is currently written in. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your language quickly. AcudocX supports a wide range of languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Vietnamese, and many more.

  3. Choose your certification type
    Select the type of certification your translation requires:

    1. NAATI — for Australian immigration, legal, or government purposes

    2. USCIS — for US immigration applications

    3. No certification — for personal or informal use

      If you're unsure which to choose, check the requirements of the organisation requesting your translation.

  4. Select your translation service
    Choose the type of translation service that best suits need:

    1. Full Translation — the entire document is translated word for word. Choose this for official documents such as birth certificates, passports, academic transcripts, or legal contracts where the complete content is required.

    2. Template/Extract Translation — only the key fields and information are translated, using a standardised template. This is suitable for structured documents where a full translation is not required.

      If you're unsure which to choose, check the requirements of the organisation requesting your translation.

  5. Upload your document
    Upload the document you need translated. AcudocX accepts common file formats including PDF, JPG and PNG. Make sure the file is clear and legible — blurry or cropped images may delay your order.

  6. Review your order
    Before proceeding to payment, take a moment to confirm your order details — the translation service type, template selected, and the document you've uploaded. Once you proceed to payment these details are locked in, so make sure everything looks correct.

  7. Complete payment
    You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your payment. AcudocX accepts all major credit and debit cards. Once payment is confirmed your order is submitted and placed into the Job Pool, where an available certified translator will claim and begin working on it.



What happens next?
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. You can track your order status at any time by logging into your AcudocX account. Once your translation is complete, you'll be notified and can download your certified document directly from the platform.
