📄 How to Translate Contracts or Other Documents Not Listed in Templates
If you need to translate a contract, agreement, or any other document that is not listed in the available templates on AcudocX, here’s how to proceed.
🛠 What You Should Do
When you start your translation job:
Select the source language of your document (the language your document is currently written in).
Review the available template options.
If you do not see a matching template for your document type:
✅ You must select the Full Translation option.
📋 Why Choose Full Translation?
Templates are only available for common standard documents (like birth certificates, driver licences, ID cards, etc.).
Full Translation allows you to submit any other type of document — including:
Purchase contracts
Court documents
Letters
Bank statements
Education transcripts
A certified translator will manually translate the entire document to ensure it is complete, accurate, and properly certified for your needs.

Always select Full Translation if your document type isn’t listed in the templates.

If you’re unsure, you can send a message to your assigned translator once the job has been started for confirmation.
Postage is available for full translations if you require a physical copy.
