π¦ Checking If Postage Is Required
After you accept and start a job, open the View Job page.
Check the Job Details section to see if Postage Requested is marked Yes.
Confirm the customer's postal address, which will be displayed on the job screen.
π’ Tip:It's a good habit to prepare the envelope at the start of the job by writing the customer's name and address, so you donβt overlook it after completing the translation.
π Preparing the Hard Copy for Postage
To send a professional, secure hard copy:
Print the completed translation.
Stamp and sign the document manually if required by your certification standards.
Place the translation in a plastic sleeve to protect it.
Place the plastic sleeve inside a manila folder or similar sturdy packaging.
π Recommended Postage Setup
Postage Type: Australia Post Express Post, Size B4 (large) envelope.
Tracking:Always obtain a tracking number when sending the item.

After posting:
Send the customer a Message through AcudocX.
Provide the Express Post tracking number.
Confirm that their documents have been mailed.
