✉️ Postage – Sending Hard Copies to Customers

Some customers may request a hard copy of their certified translation to be sent by post.
If a customer selects postage, AcudocX will display their postal address on the Job Details screen once the job is accepted.

📋 What You Need to Do

Check if Postage is Required:

Always check the Job Details before you start working.

If postage is required, we recommend preparing the postage envelope at the beginning of the job to avoid missing it later.

Complete and Certify the Translation:

Finish the translation and upload the completed files to AcudocX as usual.

Post the Hard Copy:

After completing the job, send the physical documents to the customer using Express Post.

Provide the customer with their tracking number via the AcudocX Messages function.

📦 Recommended Postage Setup

Place the translated documents inside a plastic sleeve for protection.

Place the plastic sleeve inside a manila folder or similar sturdy envelope.

Send the tracking number to your customer through the Messages section of their job.

🧠 Quick Reminders

Providing the tracking number builds trust and ensures a professional customer experience.

Use durable packaging to protect documents during transit.
