🚩 Raise an Issue with Your Translation Job
If something doesn’t look right or you have concerns about your translation, AcudocX makes it easy to communicate directly with your provider or formally raise a concern.
💬 Message Your Provider
Before raising a formal issue, you can send a message to your translator using the built-in chat feature.
Go to your Job Details screen (from your email or Dashboard).
Scroll down to the Messages section.
Type your question or concern and press Send.
This is often the fastest way to resolve small concerns or clarify something in the translation.
🚨 Using the "Raise an Issue" Function
If messaging doesn’t resolve the problem or you need to formally flag something, follow these steps:
Go to your Job Details pageAccess it via the View Job button in your email or by logging into your AcudocX Dashboard.
Click “Raise an Issue”You’ll find this button next to the job you want to report.
Describe the issueBe as detailed as possible so your translator understands the concern. For example:
Incorrect spelling or data
Missing sections
Wrong certification type
Unclear formatting
Submit the formClick Submit, and the issue will be sent directly to your provider for review.
🕒 What Happens Next?
Your provider will be notified and can respond via the messaging system.
You may be asked for clarification or offered a revised version of the document.
