๐ Setting and Managing Your Pricing
AcudocX has updated the way providers manage their pricing. You can now easily view and edit your Default Pricing and any Pricing Overrides from one convenient screen under Configuration > My Pricing.
Hereโs how it works:
๐ Default Pricing
Default Pricing applies across all services unless you manually override it for specific templates or languages.
From the My Pricing screen, you can set:
Self-Service Pricing:Customer completes some fields; you review and finalise.
Standard Pricing:You complete all fields based on the uploaded document.
Full Translation Pricing:You translate the entire document externally and upload the completed file.
Correction Pricing:The fee per additional edit after the customer's free edit allowance has been exceeded.
Postage Pricing:The fee for sending a physical, certified hard copy to the customer.
To edit any default price:
Click the pencil icon next to the field you want to update.
Enter your new price.
Click Save.
โ๏ธ Pricing Overrides
If you want to set custom pricing for specific languages or specific templates, you can create a Pricing Override.
In the Pricing Overrides section, you can see:
Language (e.g., Thai)
Template (e.g., all templates or a specific one)
Price Type (Self-Service, Standard, etc.)
Amount
To add or edit an override:
Click the pencil icon next to the existing override, or
Add a new one if needed.

Click the red trash icon.
๐ข Reminder:AcudocX enforces a minimum service fee of AUD $14.95 for all jobs.
๐งฎ Managing Free Edits and Excess Edit Fees
When completing Self-Service Template jobs, you must configure:
Free Edit Allowance:The number of customer field edits you will fix for free.
Excess Edit Fee:The charge per additional edit once the free edit limit is exceeded.
You can configure these within the pricing details when setting your Correction Pricing.
If you make edits during a job:
You can select whether each edit is chargeable or non-chargeable by ticking or unticking the Charge box next to each field.
Customers must approve and pay for excess edits before you can finalise their job.
๐ Updating Your Pricing
Pricing changes will apply only to new jobs and reactivated expired drafts.
They do not apply to jobs already accepted, submitted, or in progress.
Customers will be prompted to agree to new prices when reactivating a draft job.
๐ง Quick Reminders
Always review both your Default Pricing and Pricing Overrides before accepting new jobs.
Manage free edits carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
Review and update your pricing periodically based on your workload and market conditions.
Confirm your postage pricing if you offer hard copies.
