⚙️ Setting Up Before You Begin – Price and Extract Templates
Before you start receiving jobs through AcudocX, it’s important to correctly set up your pricing and extract templates.This ensures your services are visible, bookable, and properly priced for customers.
📋 Step 1: Set Up Your Pricing
You can create custom pricing structures for:
Extract templates
Full document translations
In Extract templates, you can:
Set a default price for all extract templates within a language.
Apply custom pricing for specific templates if needed.
⚡ Note: AcudocX providers are responsible for setting their own prices.The only system-wide rule is a minimum price of $14.95 AUD.
🛠 How to Set Your Price
From the navigation menu, click Configuration → My Languages.
Find your language, click the drop-down arrow, then select View.
Click the PRICING & TEMPLATES tab.
Click the pen icon to edit your pricing.
Complete the pricing fields and click Save.
✨ Important Notes About Pricing
Free Edits:For Self-Service Extracts, you can set how many field edits are included for free.After reaching this limit, the system will charge customers your Excess Edit Fee (unless you manually deselect the 'charge' box when editing).
Changing Your Prices:
You can update your prices anytime.
Price changes do not apply to active jobs (jobs already created, even in draft mode).
Price changes do apply to:
Newly submitted jobs
Reactivated expired jobs (after customer accepts the new pricing)
📚 Step 2: Set Up Your Extract Templates
After setting your pricing, configure which extract templates you offer.
How to Configure Your Templates
Go to the PRICING & TEMPLATES tab and scroll down.
Under Extract Templates Offered, you’ll see all templates you currently offer.
Under Available Templates Not Offered, you’ll see templates you can offer if desired.
Managing Templates:
To remove a template: click the red bin icon (it moves the template to the 'Not Offered' list).
To add back a template: click the green plus icon.
Custom Pricing for a Specific Template:
Click the green pen icon beside the template.
Select No for Use Default Pricing?
Enter the custom pricing details.
Press Save.
Repeat for each template you wish to price differently.
✍️ Requesting a New Extract Template
If you need a custom extract template not currently available:
Please email admin@acudocx.com with the following details:
Name of the extract template
Name the customer will see
A sample translated document showing formatting
List of required fields in bilingual text (source and English)
We’ll review your request and create or modify a template specific to your provider account.
