🛠 What to Do If Your Translation Has an Error
At AcudocX, we aim to deliver high-quality certified translations.However, if you notice an error in your completed translation, don’t worry — there’s a simple process to get it corrected quickly.
Here’s what you should do:
📩 Step 1: Contact the Translator Directly
Log in to your AcudocX account.
Go to your Dashboard and open the job in question.
Under the Job Details tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Find the Messages section.
Send a message to your translator explaining the error clearly.
✅ Once you message your translator, they will reopen the job and correct the issue for you.
⏳ Step 2: If the Translator Does Not Respond
If you have already messaged the translator but have not received a reply within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 1–2 business days):
Please contact AcudocX Support at admin@acudocx.com.
Include your Job ID and a brief description of the problem.
✅ Our team will then reach out to the translator on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
